Bob is the team's "Runner/Go To Person" for all those extra things. He retired in 2010 from a 30-year career in law enforcement. Over the years he has completed many home remodel projects! His vast array of skills brings huge value to our clients during home inspections and more. He is also in charge of installing lockboxes, yard signs, and opening the door for the photographer, inspector, and any other vendors who may need access. In his spare time, you can find Bob cooking a gourmet meal, boating or working on a "honey-do" list at home.
